Industrial law

Industrial property is a sub-category of intellectual property which includes types of intellectual property, that have industrial use. Industrial property rights law protects objects of industrial property which are a result of creative and artistic activity, e.g. inventions, utility models or product packaging designs. Industrial property rights include a group of industrial property rights to designation of goods and services (trade marks), that serve to improve marketing quality of products and services.
