Patent attorneys are members of the Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys. They have the authority to make legal representation before the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, before European Patent Office (EPO) in the proceedings of granting the European Patent, before World Intellectual property Organization (WIPO) and before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in the proceedings regarding European Union Trade Mark (EUTM).
